VIVAIA Flats Review: Audrey Loafers and Mabel Flats Styled for Spring!
It’s officially spring, and that means it’s time to put away those winter boots and bring out the spring shoes! If you are looking to update your shoe collection with cute and comfortable flats then keep reading for my VIVAIA flats review!

VIVAIA Flats Review
When I tried on my first pair of VIVAIA shoes I felt like I was walking on clouds! They really exceeded my expectations comfort-wise. If you are looking for shoes you could stand all day in, VIVAIA shoes are a great option.
Part of what makes them so comfortable is the cushioned insole. It’s a dual-layered insole made from a shock-absorbing foam and a moisture-wicking and odor-resistant lining. The insole is also removable, making it easy to clean. Speaking of easy to clean, you can throw the whole shoe in the washing machine!
VIVAIA cares about sustainability and uses recycled water bottles to make the flexible knit fabric of their shoes! Other parts of their shoes contain natural and recyclable materials, making VIVAIA an eco-friendly choice.
‘Bee Happy’ Audrey Round-Toe Embroidered Loafers
I picked the Audrey Loafers because the designs were just too darn cute! Plus, the bee embroidery reminds me of spring. Choosing a favorite was difficult because there were so many cute designs. I particularly like the leopard and dog designs too!

Size and Fit
The Audrey Loafers feature a minimalist loafer design with a comfortable round toe and flat 1cm heel. I’m either an 8.5 or 9 in shoes, and I went with the 8.5. So in general, I feel like you can take your smaller size if in-between. I want to mention that I have narrow, thin feet so it can be a challenge to “fill out” my shoes sometimes. I do have that problem with my VIVAIA flats. I feel like there is a little extra room on the sides – especially when I’m walking (see the above photos). But lengthwise the fit is fine. In my opinion, VIVAIA shoes would work well for wider feet because there is a lot of flexibility and stretch to the fabric.
Styling VIVAIA Loafers for Spring

My first thought was to pair these cute loafers with a spring dress. However, it’s still a little too cold outside for that! Instead, I chose an outfit in a spring color palette. My Sézane gingham pants are a year-round favorite. I can style them for cooler weather and warmer weather. But the gingham print works especially well for spring. My Gaspard Cardigan offers warmth and a stunning green shade that has me pining for green grass. My Sézane crossbody bag also contains spring colors. And finally, nothing says spring like a trench coat/parka.
VIVAIA Mabel Square Toe Standing Flats
Next, I chose the Mable Square Toe Standing Flats because they looked like a classic style that would work with a lot of outfits. The contrasting tan welt also drew me in. And finally, they just looked really comfortable!

Part of what makes these EXTRA comfortable is the responsive high density outsole. This outsole is specifically designed to help relieve pressure on the knees, back, and other joints, making it the perfect flat for people who are standing all day. You can see from the photos that the sole is thicker compared to the Audrey Loafers. The insole is also slightly different with a cushioned honeycomb design for shock absorption. The Mabel flats are also water-repellent (you can see a demonstration in my YouTube video linked below!).
Overall, these feel more more cushioned than the Audrey Loafers. I really do believe you can stand in these all day!I chose size 8.5 again, which is the best size for me. They fit similarly to the Audrey Loafers – there’s still a little extra room on the sides for me but they still are comfortable and stay on my feet!
Styling the Mabel Flat for Spring

Again, creating a spring look when it’s cold outside is all about layering! Since my crochet top is an open knit, I layered it over a T-shirt. And this suede jacket adds just enough warmth without being too heavy. The final touch is to add my suede sling bag from Abby Alley for even more visual layers.
