It’s been a while since I’ve seen a pair of shoes that captured my attention, like those from Angela Scott (aka TOOAS). These unique shoes take center stage and elevate any outfit. Miss Clementine Boot
TOOAS takes lace-up boots to a new level with their Miss Clementine Boot. The website describes these boots as “the snazziest winter boot you may ever own,” and I totally agree. No other boot I’ve seen combines texture and materials quite like these — they juxtapose suede, metallic leather, glittering textile, and gold hardware to create a look that stands out yet still feels cohesive. The Miss Clementine Boot has a chunky lug sole and large buckle strap to contrast the feminine details and fabrics. And even though the sole looks heavy, it’s actually not! The Vibram® rubber sole is lightweight while still being durable.
The Miss Clementine Boot runs true to size. I usually wear a size 9 in boots, and the size 9 Clementine Boots fit perfectly. The laces and buckles give some sizing wiggle room. I can tighten or loosen them a bit depending on how thick my socks are. There is also a side zipper for easy on and off, but I’ve found that I need to unbuckle and adjust the laces each time to get them off.

The Office of Angela Scott Oxfords also really grabbed my attention. These aren’t your grandpa’s Oxfords! Their design pulls from traditional British footwear but adds fun details—like bold color combinations, updated soles, and mixed materials.
One of the fun features of The Office of Angela Scott Oxfords is the ability to customize them with interchangeable kilties and laces! I didn’t know what kilties were until I learned they’re the fringed panels that sit beneath the laces. Traditionally, shoemakers added them to protect the shoes from the elements. TOOAS has turned them into a statement accessory to add even more flair to your shoes. And if you want to be a little more subtle, you can switch out the laces for other fun colors.
A pair of The Office of Angela Scott Oxfords is definitely on my wish-list! I would love to add the green Mr. Logan Oxfords to my closet next!
