It was finally a little cooler this past week so I was able to pull out my booties and leather jacket! I think a tan leather jacket is a closet STAPLE. It’s something that you can wear all year round.
This is a look I wore apple picking in Oak Glen. It was actually my first time EVER apple picking so that was exciting. I’m kind of surprised I’d never been before considering I grew up in Pennsylvania. Although, it was probably good that I’d never been to an east coast apple orchard because my standards would have been too high! California is still going through a drought so it was really dry and dusty. The apple trees were only a little taller than me – probably from the lack of water! It was also still pretty warm, so not exactly what I imagined apple picking in fall to be like! But overall, it was a fun experience. I still haven’t made anything with my apples. Anyone have a good apple crumble recipe?
