If this outfit looks a little familiar it’s because it’s a variation of the outfit I posted last Friday! It goes to show that switching up accessories and adding/taking away layers can transform a look. All I did was remove my olive jacket and add a hat to get a slightly different vibe. In my other outfit I also had a burgundy bag so I could have added another bag to make this outfit even more different.
I also want to talk about two of my favorite brand at the moment: Everlane and Reformation. Not only do they have amazing styles, they are also committed to sustainability in their production. The Everlane denim factory uses recycled water, clean energy, and recycles waste. You can read more about the process here. Their premium denim is also transparently priced and only cost $68! Reformation also makes sustainable denim, which I love! In this outfit I’m wearing one of their tops and it’s the cutest polka dot blouse ever! It looks great tucked in, untucked or layered under jackets or cardigans. Reformation is a little pricier than Everlane but their commitment to sustainability is impressive and a lot of the pieces are made in Los Angeles. Everlane uses ethically run factories in China which could be part of the reason for the price difference.
An honorable mention goes out to my hat from Kin the Label. Most of the hats are handmade in the US and they also care about ethical production!
Yes, these pieces are a little more expensive but if you read about the footprint left behind with fast fashion you realize how important it is to try to buy from sustainable brands whenever possible. Not only do you look super cute in these stylish pieces but you can feel good that you aren’t harming the environment with your fashion choices.
P.S. If you are interested in buying from Everlane, I’d appreciate it if you use my link. I get a $25 credit if you make a purchase and if you make an account with Everlane you can invite friends and get credits as well! Thanks so much! And Reformation is having a sale (which they rarely do) so now would be a great time to try something out!

It’s great to support clothing brands that manufacturer clothes in a way that doesn’t harm the environment. They are a bit on the price but totally worth it for the cause. I love your hat! It really fits you and by that I mean it looks great on you. Happy Friday Jessica!
