Would it surprise you if I said I had one pair of denim shorts in my wardrobe? That is, before I picked up this pair! Now I have two! (You can see my other pair is my last #ootd!). This time I was on the hunt for a distressed pair  – (which can be hard since there’s not a lot of fabric to begin with and I don’t want to look like I got attacked by a pack of wolves)! I was kind of intrigued by the exposed pockets of pairs like this one from One Teaspoon – but obviously I don’t want to go that drastic! That’s why I fell in love with this pair from Gap! It has a little bit of distressing and a fun print on the exposed pockets. They are still short but not too-too short (is that a thing?). I think I’ll be wearing these a lot this summer!

It’s Friday already? I don’t know about you but the weeks are flying by. It’s almost May? What?! But that means it’s time for Flashback Fashion Fridays! I was feelin’ the pastels this time last year! I still have all these pieces although I don’t really use that bag anymore. It’s super cute but I find myself reaching for my neutral leather bags instead.

  1. What a fun spring/summer look!! I love the mix of the French-feeling stripes and neck scarf with the All-American sneakers and jean shorts…it’s such a fun combo!
