Subtle Holiday Outfits Featuring St. Roche
Sometimes I like to be a little more subtle with my holiday dressing. I love sequins and sparkles but for everyday outfits during the holiday season I usually opt for outfits with a less obvious nod towards the holidays. I was recently gifted two pieces from the sustainable LA-based brand, St. Roche which make the perfect subtle holiday outfits.
Subtle Holiday Outfits
St. Roche Astrid Dress with Western Boots
This subtle holiday look is all about the details. At first glance, it doesn’t look very holiday inspired. But add a dark berry (or red lip), some sparkly statement earrings, and fun shoes or purse and you have yourself a holiday look! The St. Roche Astrid dress has beautifully intricate details as well which make it a great dress for special occasions.
I added a plaid wool blazer and some western boots for a more casual vibe. But you can make this outfit fancier by adding some heels and a festive purse.

St. Roche Sissy Sweater
The Sissy Sweater is one of St. Roche’s popular designs and I can see why. It’s so cute! The puff sleeve, intricate knit details, and softness make this a beautiful sweater. It comes in several colors but I thought the berry stripe version was so subtly festive!
These sweaters also look great layered over tops that peek out at the neck and sleeves. The lace blouse underneath adds a little more festive-ness, in my opinion.

Freda Salvador ACE Boots Review
I added my tan trousers and lace up Freda Salvador Boots to complete the look. Speaking of Freda shoes, these ACE boots are the newest addition to my collection and I LOVE THEM. The brown suede with the white laces and silver hardware is just so cool. But FYI – I had to size up in these. I originally ordered them in an 8.5 (which is what my other 6 pairs of Freda shoes are) but they were just too tight in the toe area. I exchanged for a size 9 and they fit perfectly. So definitely size up or take your larger size for this shoe because the toe area is very narrow.
