Stepped Hem Jeans
I’ve been on the hunt for interesting denim and I think I’ve found my new favorite style: Stepped Hem Jeans. Which are basically mullet jeans – shorter in the front and longer in the back. This style is great for showing off your footwear. I’ll be wearing them with lace up sandals in the summer and ankle booties in the fall! The great thing about these jeans is that they come in different lengths (30, 32, 34). I’m 5’9″ and went with the 32L but could have gone with the 34L for a less cropped look. Oh, and they have a button fly which I wasn’t expecting but I’m digging now!
I found these jeans through Octer.com. All I had to do was search for “stepped hem jeans” and chose from a selection of different styles. If you haven’t heard of Octer , it’s an online shopping resource that provides a simple shopping experience by allowing you to shop up to 8,000 brands and compare styles to find exactly what you’re looking for!
I also have to mention this Cult Gaia bag. I kept seeing this bamboo clutch/handbag all over Instagram at the beginning of the summer. Sadly, it was sold out or backordered everywhere that I could find it. I ordered it anyway and JUST got it yesterday! Talk about a long wait! But it was worth it. I just hope it won’t be too weird to keep using it for the next couple of months even though summer is coming to a close. The good news is it’s still available for preorder here. UPDATE!! Available HERE!

I just ordered through Octer recently too and love that you can shop so many brands/stores in one place! I love the jeans you picked out! I think the first purchase I’m going to make after I have the baby will be some stepped hem jeans 🙂
