Open Knit Tank + Summer Slides
If it seems like I’m wearing the same things over and over that’s because I haven’t had access to my full closet for almost 3 weeks (gasp!). It’s a hard thing being on vacation and separated from all my clothes. But luckily, online shopping exists and I had a few things sent to me while I was here in Amish Country, PA.
The first is this sleeveless sweater from Everlane. I’ve been wanting to add some lightweight knits to my closet so I jumped on this open knit sweater. I love that it’s an unusual color (ochre) but still neutral. It also comes in black (which I’m really tempted to get). It really is very lightweight and breezy with the high side slits so it definitely works in the summer.
Another addition to my closet are these Skechers sandals. I don’t think the last time I wore Skechers shoes was in middle school so I wasn’t sure if they would fit with my current style. But I was pleasantly surprised! These relaxed fit sandals are SUPER comfy due to the memory foam footbed! They are also really chic! I love the simple black strap and white rubber sole. If slide sandals aren’t your thing (sometimes they make the top of my foot sore) they also have a similar thong sandal version. But definitely size down. I’m usually either an 8 1/2 or 9 but I went with an 8 and it fit perfectly.

perfect summer style, love the scarf.
I have a sleeves sweater very similar to this and I also wore mine with black denim. I love the scarf and the slides you styled yours with!
I could never quite understand the allure of a sleeveless knit, but it does look cute on you!
I am super loving this look! I love a neutral look and that sweater is adorable!!! I may have to pick it up! http://mymonochromaticlife.com
