Let’s talk tulle! I’m sure you’ve seen this cream tulle midi skirt that I wear all the time! But the first tulle skirt I fell in love with was this one from Shabby Apple. I just couldn’t justify spending $80 for it – especially since I wasn’t sure I would be able to wear it a lot. So I asked my mom to make one for me! I’m so lucky that my mom knows how to sew! She always made our Halloween costumes and she even made a prom dress for me! So I knew she could handle this skirt. She actually made it for me last Christmas but this is the first time I’ve worn it! I don’t know what took me so long! I just needed the right event to wear it to and I felt that a date night to the LA Phil would be the perfect opportunity. It was just so fun to wear. I highly recommend a tulle skirt for the holiday season! So thanks Mom! You’re the best!

I LOVE this– she should seriously go into business! I adore tulle skirts but you rarely see them in colors other than black and white, so this is especially pretty and unique in navy. So sweet with the belt too! And the bags are also so fun. Oh I'm just gushing now, it's all too cute!
