If I had to choose one outfit to wear everyday it would be this combo: an oversized blazer, skinny jeans, and a great pair of boots! Luckily, California winters are pretty mild so I’m able to wear this as my winter uniform. I love this combination because it’s instantly classic and comfortable without having to put much thought into it.

For this iteration I decided to wear a silk cami underneath this wool blazer from Frank + Oak. This ethical Canadian fashion brand has my favorite blazers. They recently released a new style that I’m obsessed with! Anyway, when I’m not wearing a cami underneath a blazer I usually opt for a light sweater.

I think the other star of this outfit are these An Hour and a Shower Booties. These were a surprise find from Shopbop. I’ve been on the hunt for lace up booties and I loved the hardware of this pair. They are “missing” the laces and have a zipper up the front. It actually makes it really easy to get these boots on, which I appreciate.

  1. This is a classic look and you can’t go wrong with a combination of blazer and boots to spice up any look. These boots are by far my favorite and I also love the fact that you don’t need to tie them up. Life changer! Happy weekend Jessica!
