So…I basically wore this outfit the entire week.  It just doesn’t get any more comfortable than this unless I wear my pajamas.  Usually I’m wearing some kind of necklace and an arm party but I tried to go minimal this time. No necklace! I kind of feel naked! And I limited myself to one bracelet.  I’m trying out the “sometimes less is more” thing.
Since I still wanted to feel a little dressier I added a bright red lip. I was feeling kind of down this week so I went to Sephora.  Which was probably a bad idea but oh well! I came home with “Hot Tango” and “It Girl” – which you’ll see in the next post.  It’s amazing how a lipstick can make you feel better.

  1. Since it's gotten super cold here, I want to wear nothing but jeans and something cozy and warm on top. Or just not get dressed at all. whichever. So I feel just the same as you, and I wonder if I can get away with blogging the same pair of jeans all week… if I feel motivated enough to even take outfit photos.

  2. Lovely look, as usual Jessica! Sometimes I love going without jewelry!

Oh and if it makes you feel any better, I had a crap weekend so I bought shoes. Two pairs to be exact. We all do it, and it's okay! 🙂

  3. You're totally channeling Jenna Lyons here and I love it! I definitely like that you went minimal and just put on a bright lipstick, it keeps it sort of androgynous with just a hint of femininity. 🙂
