I feel like this post should be titled, “Oops, I did it again”. I said I would be posting more consistently but I haven’t. Please forgive me! I’m feeling a lot better than I was in my first trimester. But I’m trying to go off the Diclegis and when I do I start feeling sick and lose my appetite. So it’s kind of trial and error right now. I just want to eat!!

Anyway, my bump is getting a little bigger, I think. I’m still wearing normal pants but for this pair I did unbutton them and used a hair tie to hold everything together. Luckily, you can’t tell because this tunic is so loose and flowy. Which leads me to the perfect thing to wear when you’re pregnant and don’t want to wear maternity clothes – swing tunics!

I’ve been seeing this tunic make the rounds on other blogs and I thought it would be the perfect top to wear now AND later when my belly gets a lot bigger. Plus, who can say no to lace?! I love this top for Valentine’s Day as well.

I’ve also linked some other pretty lace swing tops below!

Now onto Flashback Fashion Fridays! Here’s a look from last January. Talking about swing tops – here’s a top that will work with an expanding belly as well! I’ll definitely be wearing this again soon!

  1. That is a gorgeous lace top! So pretty, and yes will accommodate a growing baby bump so well! I made so much use of non-maternity pieces in my wardrobe in all the trimesters – it’s possible! 🙂

Thank you for the link up!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead of you 🙂

  2. I hope you feel better. For all of my pregnancies (4 in total but only had 3 kids), I was sick from the day I hist week 6 until the day I delivered. I hope you don’t have the same horrible luck I had. I didn’t enjoy being pregnant because of the constant nausea and vomiting (even water made me sick to the point where I stopped eating and ended up losing weight). If you start to feel better though it’s a good sign. Good luck with it!! If you are up for it would love if you can link up to http://the-wardrobe-stylist.com/2017/02/05/dollar-store-valentines-decoration/
