How to Style Wide Leg Pants
Cropped wide leg pants have become a staple in my wardrobe. Particularly the ones from Everlane. Not only do they come in a lot of colors and varying styles, they are affordable and comfortable! I have 5 pairs in my collection right now! I really think anybody can pull off these pants too. I’ve seen short and petite bloggers wear them and I’ve seen plus size bloggers wear them.
To show you how versatile these pants are I’ve styled them two ways. There really are sooo many ways to style these pants and I’ve worn the wide leg crops a bunch of times on my blog. But today I’m focusing on the newer Wide Leg Chino pants from Everlane. This is a perfect spring pant because the fabric is a lighter cotton than the regular wide leg pants. The Wide Leg Chino’s also come in more spring appropriate colors like the gorgeous pale blue color I’m wearing.
How to Style Wide Leg Pants
Tank and Denim Jacket
My go-to styling for these pants is a tank top with a denim jacket. I love this look because it’s great for unpredictable Spring temps. When it’s a little chilly I can wear the denim jacket but when it’s too hot I can take it off and just wear the tank. I’ve work a variation of this look with a more casual knit tank and flats but this time I went with a silk cami and block heels for a dressier vibe.

Tied Button Down Shirt
Since these pants are high waisted that gives me lots of options for tops. I was able to unbutton the bottom few buttons on this shirt and tie it to create a more cropped top. It’s also a fun alternative to wearing button down shirts and just tucking them into your pants.
The pale blue color of these pants is also a nice alternative to blue denim. Because of that they literally can go with any color. I went with a pretty floral shirt in this outfit but any color or print shirt would look great with these pants.
