House of Fraser: Fall Dress Trends

When House of Fraser asked me to take a look at their Dresses Collection I was more than happy to!  They are a retailer based out of the UK and have an amazing collection of dresses.  I thought it would be a great opportunity to talk about some of my favorite fall trends!
My favorite fall trend has to be stud and spike details.  It takes a simple outfit and instantly makes it interesting and chic!  The shoulder pad spikes on the AX Paris dress takes the cool factor up a notch.  And I love how the Warehouse Studded Bodice dress is feminine with an edge.

Another hot trend I’m noticing is metallic.  I love the subtle sheen in the Coast dress above.  And the Oasis dress combines three trends in one…lace, peplum and metallic! You can’t beat that!

As far as I’m concerned, leather never goes out of style.  I’m loving the leather details I’ve been seeing in tops and skirts.  Why not go all out with a leather dress?  The dresses above are classic enough to last for many years and versatile enough to be dressed up or down.

Of course I also love fun and flirty dresses!  Texture is also big this fall and I love the ruffle detail of the Jolie Moi dress.  And a dress collection wouldn’t be complete without polka dots!  The Hobbs Invitation dress is classic and fun at the same time.

  1. Leather and studs are definitely favorite fall trends of mine as well. I love how studded details or a little bit of leather can add so much edge to an outfit but still be incredibly feminine. I can't wait to implement these trends into my wardrobe. Great roundup!
