The floral pants have come out to play! Since they are kind of bold I usually wear them with a simple top but I decided to go a little crazy with the striped shirt.  I added the white blazer to balance it out.  I got these pants last year but floral pants are still going strong this year too.  I love some of the options on ASOS where you can find Tall and Petite sizes as well.  (I don’t think these pants are supposed to be cropped but whaddya gonna do? #tallpeopleproblems). My husband didn’t like this outfit but what do you think? 🙂

I’d also like to introduce you to a lovely team of bloggers.  You’ve probably seen them on my blog before.  They are best friends Marianne Harper and Natalia Loren who recently joined forces to create Harper Loren – a blog to describe both of them! They are excited to share with your their style, beauty tips, recipes and more!
You can follow along with them as they seek elegance on a budget and simplicity in their complicated Los Angeles lives. Natalia and Marianne are also proud members of Blogger’s Closet and have a shop where they resell their “pre-loved” designer clothing, jewelry and handbags at affordable prices.

And Congrats to Mihaela D who won the Pearl Blossom Boutique Giveaway! You’ll get an email from me soon! Thanks to everyone who entered!

  1. Men are always confused by too much print, but I think stripes and florals are great together, def. like!

  2. I love those trousers (pants to you!), they're lovely – I definitely prefer the tailored look to the baggy, harem style. I will check out Asos, I'm a tall girl too, so they'll probably be cropped on me also, but then again that's something I quite like too! Linking up through Fab Favourites! P x
