Outfit for Summer and Fall, Cargo Jacket
I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect cargo jacket for – forever! Ok, maybe just the last year or so. But it’s really hard to find pieces when you have so many criteria. It has to be the right color, fabric, style and price point. I love this jacket from Madewell but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. I could wait for a sale but I’m impatient! Then I spotted this jacket at H&M and it was love at first sight. It’s a nice light green, soft and fits perfectly. Plus it’s only $50!
It’s a little too hot to wear this jacket out during the day but it’s perfect for cold air conditioned rooms and cooler nights. It will also be a great layering piece in the fall. When it’s too hot to wear fall pieces look for fall fabrics in more summer appropriate styles. This texture tweed skirt has a great texture but is cool enough to wear in 90 degree weather!

It’s Friday and that means it’s time for a link up! This is a look from September 12th last year. As you can see I’m wearing another “flippy” skirt. These types of skirts are really comfortable and can be transitioned into fall easily by adding tights and booties. All grey outfits are also going to be trending this fall.
Adri and I would love for you to join us this week and link up your flashback fashions! You can include a link or photo in your post to an outfit from last year, month or even week! It’s fun to see how our style choices change over the year.
