Fashion and Beauty Finds

I’m excited to introduce you guys to one of my favorite bloggers today!  I’ve been following Amy’s blog for awhile now and I love her sense of style! She can pull off a classic black and white look better than anyone but she’s also not afraid of color and pattern as you can see below!

Hi, I’m Amy and my blog is Fashion and Beauty Finds. I am so excited to be featured on Jeans and a Teacup! I blog mostly about fashion and sprinkle beauty topics in here and there.

I started blogging a few years ago after having my first baby. I think I needed something to do as a hobby and I decided it would be fun when a friend encouraged me to start. I think that I lost my sense of style (cliche, I know) after having my baby but blogging has helped me to get it back. I feel more confident in clothing choices that I would never have dreamed of wearing a few years ago.

I absolutely love blogging and love how it has exposed me to new trends, challenged me to try new things, and connect with other fabulous bloggers. While blogging is fun, it definitely has challenges as well. I think my biggest challenge is just trying to find time to do it! I have two little boys and a part-time job teaching dance that both keep me very busy. There are some days that I don’t get to read all of the blogs that I follow and I end up missing posts from my favorite bloggers.
I would say that if you are interested in blogging, go for it. What do you have to lose? I’m so glad that my friend gave me the nudge I needed to get started!
Thanks so much for having me, and I hope to see you over at Fashion and Beauty Finds!

  2. I know it is so true, it has so many rewarding aspects to it, but it is A LOT of work, though I guess that depends on if you see it as more of a hobby or more a job, career or business.
