My Favorite Fall Boot Trends

White Boots

My favorite trend this fall is probably white boots and booties! I was obsessed with white booties last year so I’m glad they are still going strong this year! I actually have two pairs of white booties in my closet right now. A stark white bootie with a kitten heel and an off-white pair with a block heel. I love that there are so many options out right now!

How to Style White Booties

I love to wear my white booties with skirts right now. I especially love the contrast of pairing white booties with dark, fall colors like in the photo above!

 

Victorian Style Lace-Up Booties

The next fall boot trend I’m excited to try is the lace-up style bootie. I’ve always loved Victorian era fashion so I love that these are trending right now. Wearing a pair of these booties would make me feel like I’m in an old-timey movie! I’m really obsessed with this pair form miista. I mean, how gorgeous are they??

How to Style Lace Up Boots

You are going to want to wear these lace up boots with cropped denim or cropped pants to let the lace-up detail shine! I think all of the above pairs would look great with a pair of cropped, plaid trousers and a lace blouse. You could also wear them with tights and a flowy dress or skirt.

Western Inspired Boots

There were a lot of cowgirl vibes hitting the runways this fall. You’ll be able to find western boots in a variety of styles from more feminine with a kitten heel, to typical cowboy boot styles, to edgier with stud embellishments.

How to Wear Cowboy Boots

I love this trend paired with feminine maxi dresses. I think the contrast is really fun! But you can also pair these boots with short dresses or denim.

Animal Print Boots

Animal prints are everywhere – from clothes to bags to shoes – and they are definitely going strong this fall. I usually reach for leopard print but I’ve been loving the snakeskin options recently.

How to Style Animal Print Boots

Think of animal prints as neutrals – you can literally pair them with anything! But I also like them as an accent in an all black ensemble or neutral outfit.

Combat Boots

This might be my least favorite boot trend but combat boots are going strong this fall. They tend to be pretty chunky and with my big feet I don’t feel like I can pull it off. But if I could find a slimmer pair of combat boots I might give them a try!

How to Style Combat Boots

My favorite way to style combat boots is to pair them with a feminine dress. I love the contrast of the masculine with the feminine and that way you won’t look end up looking like you are getting ready to join the army.
