Evermore Inspired Outfit: Plaid Dress + Cardigan
I’m officially in my Evermore Era! So when I went to see the Eras Tour Concert Movie I obviously had to put together an Evermore inspired outfit. It wasn’t that hard for me to do considering I basically wear the Folklore/Evermore aesthetic on a daily basis. I was inspired my a combination of the Folklore and Evermore album artwork to create this look!

Jenni Kayne Winona Plaid Slip Dress
I’ve had my eye on the Winona plaid slip dresses for awhile and finally decided to pull the trigger because I wanted to wear it to the Eras movie! I’m a big fan of their slip dresses in general so I knew I’d wear it all the time. This red plaid also felt really festive for the holiday season. I’m wearing the size small which is my usual size in Jenni Kayne slip dresses. It’s definitely loose on me but that’s how this dress is supposed to be worn. The fabric is a cotton blend and almost has a gauzy feel. It’s not a thick fabric so in the fall/winter you’ll need layers underneath and overtop. I think this dress would look great layered over a thin turtleneck!
Jenni Kayne Cashmere Cocoon Cardigan
Of course I had to add a cardigan to my Evermore inspired outfit! The Cashmere Cocoon Cardigan is a staple pieces from Jenni Kayne. I love the fit and shape of this sweater. And the cashmere is very soft and not itchy. You can read more about the cardigan in my Jenni Kayne Sweater Review.
I did size down in this cardigan to an XS because it’s very oversized and I have a petite frame. It’s supposed to be VERY oversized so if you want a really slouchy look you can take your usual size.
Nisolo Amelia All-Weather Boots
The Folklore/Evermore era definitely requires some lace up boots. I’ve had the Nisolo Amelia All-Weather Boots for awhile now and they’ve held up nicely! These are boots that can be worn in the rain or snow and they’ve definitely been useful for me living in the country. You can read a more detailed review of these boots in my Nisolo Review post!

Everlane Wool Blazer
I wanted to show the versatility of this dress by styling it another way. I’m obsessed with blazers in the fall so I had to add this Everlane wool blazer to the mix. I have Everlane’s blazers in several styles and prints – I just love them! I got this blazer years ago (when I was thinner) so I’m wearing the size 0. If I were to buy it again I’d either take my usual size 4 for an oversized look or size down to a size 2 for a slightly more fitted look.
