When Everlane announced they were coming out with a new light wash denim you can bet I was waiting in line to get a pair! This will be the fourth pair of skinny jeans I own from Everlane. I’m only missing the white pair! I love the affordable price point and that they are ethically made. Apparently, denim production is a really dirty business and produces A LOT of waste. Everlane has managed to find factories with use less water and energy and also recycle the “sludge” the comes from producing denim.
You can read my more detailed review of Everlane denim here but I would say to size down. Since they are 98% cotton they do loosen up a bit over time. I would buy a pair that you almost can’t button when you first try on.
And if you can’t tell, I’m a little obsessed with Sezane at the moment. Items usually sell out pretty fast but I managed to snag this lace top in my size! I know I have a lot of lace tops in my closet but they are mostly made out of synthetic materials which I’ve found don’t breathe very well. I don’t know if I’m just sensitive to synthetic fibers but I prefer more natural fabrics like cotton, linen, or silk. So I’ve been looking to add a cotton lace top to my closet for awhile. This one is mostly cotton and it definitely feels a lot better!
I wore this outfit on a blogger date with Adri Lately (thanks for taking the pics Adri!). Since my hubby doesn’t like to take my photos anymore it’s nice to meet up with other bloggers who can take photos for you! We also use it as an excuse to drink lots of matcha!

Thank you for the link up!
Hope you’ve been having a lovely week! Another busy one here, but not as stressful as last week so that’s nice 🙂

It would be so great to always have another blogger around for outfit photos – it’s the best! I too always try to look for natural fibers, it just feels like a sign of quality.
