Everlane Corduroy Pant and Boss Bootie Review
One combination I’ve been living in recently is a cropped pant + boyfriend blazer. I love the slightly masculine feel to the look. The cropped pants also allow you to show off your footwear. Plus, it’s super comfortable! And my go-to pieces have been this:
Target Blazer, Everlane Corduroy Crop Pants, and Everlane Boss Booties.
I’m a HUGE fan of corduroy so I knew I had to try out Everlane’s Corduroy Straight Leg Crop pants. I’m also obsessed with this rust/orange color and have been buying all my clothes in this shade recently. As you can see, these are definitely cropped. I’m about 5′ 8″ and these hit a couple inches above my ankle.
These are perfect for California fall because it never really gets that cold. But if you live in colder weather you might have to pair these with a pair of lace up booties. I found the size guide to be accurate and I’m wearing a size 0. Sadly, it looks like these are already selling out! I believe they did come in other colors but those are sold out already. But there are other crop leg pant options in a similar color that I love! There’s the Wide Leg Utility Crop and the Straight Leg Crop.
I also love a pointed toe boot so I was dying to try out the Boss Bootie! I love the lower ankle height which is why I picked these over the Boss Boot. My ankles are really skinny so sometimes boots that hit higher on my ankle look funny and make my legs look even scrawnier than they already are. The Boss Bootie also has a slightly lower heel – 1.5″ as opposed to 2″ with the Boss Boot. I found these true to size. I wear a size 9 in Everlane shoes. I’d size up if you are in between sizes. The pointed toe makes them feel tighter so I don’t think these would be good if you have wide feet.
