Elements of the Perfect Fall Outfit featuring a Wool Sweater Vest
It’s officially sweater vest and mini skirt season—according to me! It’s that time of year when the air feels crisp but not cold enough to require full coverage, so warmer clothing becomes a must. A Wool Sweater Vest and Mini Skirt Outfit

I fell in love with the fair isle prints in this year’s collection, and the 100% construction wool makes them even better! Elements of a Perfect Fall Outfit
The perfect fall outfit consists of a mix of textures, prints, colors, and layers. My Pyne & Smith sweater vest provides the beautiful fall print and colors. So now it’s time to add more elements to make this a perfect fall outfit! I love layering shirts or blouses underneath sweater vests because it makes the vest look slightly different each time! I chose this embroidered blouse from Sézane to add more interest to my look. Since my sweater doesn’t have sleeves, it lets the embroidered sleeves stand out.
This wool mini skirt is also a new favorite. I’m not ashamed to admit that this is probably my fourth wool mini skirt from Sézane! Their designs are just so cute! The Laure Skirt is a faux wrap skirt in a grey herringbone pattern. It’s 100% wool and also lined. I take my larger size in Sézane’s mini skirts because I want them to sit slightly lower on my waist.
Next, we have a gorgeous suede bucket bag from Sézane. The chocolate brown color matches the shades in the sweater vest, and the suede material adds another layer of interest to my outfit. And when the weather gets chillier, I switch to fleece-lined tights that still look sheer.

The subtle herringbone pattern on the skirt perfectly matches the fair isle print on the vest, and the chocolate suede bag brings out the warm fall tones in the vest!
