Outfit No. 1

Shelter Cotton Crew Neck Sweater

I’ve already styled the Shelter Cotton Crew Neck Sweater and it’s turning out to be one of my favorite fall sweaters. It’s just so easy to wear and style! I love the oversized silhouette, drop shoulders, and simple stripes. It’s also 100% cotton so it’s a great pre-fall sweater too. And when the weather gets cooler I’ll be able to layer a button down underneath it.

I’m wearing the size small and it is very oversized. You can definitely size down but I love the oversized, slouchy fit. And I think it’s intended to be worn that way. The Shelter Sweater also comes in tan and black!

Paloma Pants

The Paloma Pants are SO comfortable and made from a textured cotton with an elastic waistband. It’s a great pant for feeling comfortable and pulled-together while working at home. This is the kind of pant that I always gravitate toward as a stay-at-home mom. The cotton is not thick so it makes a great transitional pant. And you’ll be able to wear this pant in the spring as well.

Shelter Cotton Cardigan

The Shelter Cotton Cardigan has been a staple Tradlands piece for awhile but for the fall season they released it in this gorgeous Garnet color. This is the perfect autumnal shade and when I saw it in person I knew it would match a ton of my fall pieces.

I’m wearing the size small, which is my usual size. I would say this cardigan runs true to size so if you want an oversized/boyfriend fit you can definitely size up. I debated whether to size up for this one but decided that I wanted it a little more fitted so I could wear it as a top.

Outfit No.3

I’ve actually done a full outfit post/review on this dress but I wanted to include it here so you could see all my fall Tradlands pieces in one post!

Nico 2.0 Balloon Sleeve Dress

The Nico 2.0 Balloon Sleeve Dress is a new version of their popular Nico dress for fall! The only difference is the sleeves are longer, with a slight puff, and a button closure on the bottom of the sleeve. It’s made from a slightly textured cotton that gives it a lived in feel.

I’m wearing the size small and it’s definitely an oversized fit. The 2.0 version is supposed to fit more true to size but I think it’s still rather large. I probably could have fit in the XS. I would suggest sizing down if you are in between sizes or you want a less oversized fit.

What to Buy from tradlands

Now that I’ve had the opportunity to try several pieces from Tradlands I’m able to share my favorites! My number 1 pick from Tradlands would be their cotton sweaters. I love the weight and feel of Tradland’s cotton pieces. My favorite would be the Shelter Cotton Crewneck sweater because of the style and fit. I also really like their cardigans. If you are going to invest in a Tradlands piece, you can’t go wrong with their cotton sweaters.

I know Tradlands is known for their dresses – specifically the Nico dress. And while they are really comfortable and breezy I’m not a huge fan of the fit. I have a petite frame and I just feel like the voluminous fit isn’t really flattering on me. I do prefer the fit of their longer dresses.
