CYBEX Cloud Q Car Seat for Fashion-Forward Mamas + Linkup
*Thank you to CYBEX for kindly sponsoring this post. All opinions are 100% honest & completely my own.
As a neutral lover, I was a little worried that after having a baby my apartment would turn into a world of color with all the crazy baby toys and gear. And as a fashion blogger, I was worried that the baby gear I would be toting around 24-7 would be bulky and ugly. So thank goodness for CYBEX, a brand that make sleek, stylish infant car seats that are also super safe! Because even though I want my baby gear to be stylish, safety is the number one priority.
The Cloud Q Infant Car Seat has amazing safety features. An adjustable telescopic Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.) system helps absorb the force of a side impact collision. An 11-position height-adjustable headrest grows with your baby to make sure they are always protected. And the car seat base comes with a load leg that provides extra stability in the event of a crash. And these are just a few of the amazing features!
Now that we know this car seat is great in terms of safety we can talk about all the stylish visual aspects. One of my favorite things about this car seat is the sleek fold away canopy. It just looks so cool! It also has UVP50+ sun protection which is even more important. And the fabric in the seat is very soft and luxurious. I know baby Windle is going to be really comfortable in it.
Speaking of comfort, the unique aspect of this car seat is that it has a full-recline feature (see below). When the car seat is OUTSIDE of the car, your baby can recline comfortably in an ergonomically correct position. And the car seat can be adjusted to the full-recline position while baby is still in it which is even more convenient! So now you don’t have to worry about the comfort and safety of your baby if you decide to go from the car to out to lunch or other activities.
(in full-recline position)
I can’t wait till my little one gets to take a ride in this car seat. And I know that I’ll still be stylish carrying around this car seat as well!
