Colleen Rothschild Beauty Review

I definitely neglected my skin while I was pregnant so ever since Harrison’s was born I’ve been trying to figure out a good skincare routine! That’s why I’m excited to try out a few products from Colleen Rothschild Beauty!
I had never heard of Colleen Rothschild Beauty before so I’ll share a little bit about what I’ve learned. Colleen Rothschild spent 20+ years behind the scenes in skincare manufacturing creating products for other well-known brands before stepping out and launching her own line 4 years ago. Also, Colleen Rothschild Beauty products are a blend of potent plant botanicals and advanced scientific ingredients from around the world and are formulated without Parabens, SLS/SLES Sulfates, Triclosan, Formaldehyde, PABA, Toluene, and Benzene. I love it when skincare brands are able to combine the best scientifically proven ingredients and natural ingredients to create a product that actually works!
Luxury Skincare Products from Colleen Rothschild Beauty
All of the products I received were really luxurious and felt like something I’d get at a spa! They have that relaxing, spa smell, if ya know what I mean. When choosing my products I also wanted to make sure they were safe for breastfeeding – and most are, according to the FAQ page. I just chose products that didn’t contain retinol or retinol derivatives.
I ended up choosing the Radiant Cleansing Balm, Dual Enzyme Polish, Age Renewel Serum, Complete Eye Cream, and Sheer Renewal Cream
Radiant Cleansing Balm:
I was really excited to try this out because it’s not your typical cleanser. It starts as a solid and kind of melts into an oil when you rub it into your hands. Then you apply that to a dry face and rub it in. It comes with a muslin cloth that you wet with hot water, wring out, and cover your face for a mini facial! You use that same cloth to wipe off the balm and then finish with a splash of water. I love oil based cleansers because they really do a good job of removing dirt and makeup. And this cleansing balm left my skin very moisturized! Wiping it off with the cloth felt really nice too!
Dual Enzyme Polish:
This is an exfoliator that uses AHA’s and microspheres to exfoliate the skin. You only have to use this polish 1-2 times a week. Just apple to a damp face and leave on for 5-10 minutes so the enzymes can do their job. Then rub in circular motions to polish the skin and rinse off. I use this after the cleansing balm and it makes my skin feel soooo smooth!
Age Renewel Serum:
Since I can’t use retinol (one of the biggest anti-aging ingredients) I’m constantly on the lookout for products that will give me the same effect. I’m talking about reducing fine lines, and improving texture, tone, and elasticity in my skin. That’s why I love this serum. It contains over 20 potent ingredients including peptides, collagen boosters, amino acids, vitamins, and plant extracts. I put this on after my cleanser at night. My old skincare line up was missing a serum so I’m excited to keep using this product!
Complete Eye Cream:
My under eyes are one of my biggest problem areas right now because of all the sleepless nights! So I’m all for anything that gives my eyes a boost! This is actually my favorite product out of the bunch. It seems very lightweight in the jar but when I put it on my skin it forms a nice thick layer. The under eye area needs a lot of hydration and I feel like other eye creams fall short in that area. This one is great! I use this at night because it does feel thicker on my skin.
Sheer Renewel Cream:
I finish my skincare routine with the Sheer Renewel Cream. I use this at night because it doesn’t have an SPF. But it’s feels great and moisturizes without making my skin feel greasy!
I’ve only been using this lineup for a few days but I’m excited to see how they perform in the long run! Have you tried any Colleen Rothschild Beauty products?
