I hope you all had a nice, relaxing holiday! I’ve been enjoying the past two weeks with family in Pennsylvania and I’m headed back to California today. I will do my best to get back on a regular blogging schedule. At this point I’m around 14 weeks and the nausea is still there but a lot more manageable. I’m still on my medication but hoping to go off of it soon. I tried going without it for a day or two during break but I lost my appetite and started throwing up again so I went back on. I’m really hoping I feel better during the second trimester! *fingers crossed*

In the meantime, I’ve rounded up what I got for Christmas this year! I have the hardest time writing a Christmas list because I feel like I already have everything I need so I usually just end up asking for gift certificates, clothes or camera supplies for blogging!

I’m really excited for this 85mm lens. I haven’t tried it out yet but it should be a great lens for portraits/street photography. I already have a 55mm lens but the 85mm should give a little more blur or bokeh in the background. I also reeallyy needed a new tripod because the one I have is literally taped together and still falling apart. Here’s to better photos in 2017!

I was also really excited when I found these Kelsi Dagger shoes. I’ve had my eye on the Everlane Babo for awhile because it can be worn as a loafer or slip on. And this Kelsi Dagger pair can be worn the same ways but for a fraction of the price!

Now onto Flashback Fashion Friday! Sorry that we took a break without notice the last two weeks. I’ve kind of been out of it with this pregnancy and the holidays. But here’s a look from last year at this time! I can’t believe last year is now 2016! Yikes! I definitely recommend this puffy vest if you are looking for a light vest without a lot of bulk. It’s perfect for California winters and it folds up into a little pouch which makes it great for travel.
