With this pair of tortoise glasses, “oxblood” top and checkered shorts I feel like I would look very chic sitting in a library with a stack of books. Although, my attention span for studying has gotten a lot shorter since college. Good thing my job doesn’t require much thinking. As I was trying to write this post it took me about a minute to think of the word “tortoise”. I kept getting it confused with “turquoise”. But I’m going to blame that on my 12 hour work day and not my IQ.
P.S. Thanks for your opinions on the Warby Parker glasses! The general consensus was #4 which was also my favorite. Yay for my first pair of new glasses in about 7 years!

I've had the same pair of glasses since college now and it's definitely time for a new pair. I love the tortoise! I might just have to get a pair. I totally love this outfit and it's great that you put oxblood in quotations. Is it just me or is it a totally weird color name?
