Some of my favorite purchases from last year were two BB Dakota Jackets. I love the draped front, and the faux leather actually feels really nice. I picked them up in both grey and parchment (which looks like a blush color) and have worn them so many times. And the great thing is they are under $100!

I love to pair my BB Dakota jackets with lace tees and distressed skinny jeans. The mix of the feminine lace with the ripped jeans offers a nice contrast. And I feel the blush moto jacket ties the whole look together! Sadly, the one I’m wearing is sold out but this jacket is very similar and comes in four colors! I love the black version – it’s so chic!

Guess what?! It’s Friday and that means it’s time for a linkup! Here’s a flashback to last year at this time. I still have this dress and love to wear it in cooler weather with tights and a cardigan. Here I styled it for warm weather but sometimes I feel like it’s a little short on me. My water bottle is also making an appearance in this photo! I got it last year for my birthday and it just makes drinking water a lot more fun!

  1. What a beautiful, soft and feminine look. I love the jacket, top and fun stud earrings. Also both pairs of flats from today’s outfit and last year’s are fun, girly and very versatile. Happy St. Patrick’s weekend! If you like, you can link up this pretty outfit with me today. Thanks, Ada. =)

  2. Love this jacket and look, very lovely. I know this is a totally random question and you don’t have to answer but you didn’t happen to live in Roanoke, VA around 1995-1996 did you? Somehow you look a whole lot like a girl I used to go to elementary school with and her name was Jessica. Just wondering. Regardless it has been fun meeting you over blogging, I love your style.

    1. Haha…no, that wasn’t me. I’ve never lived in Virginia – but I did grow up in Pennsylvania so that’s not too far away! I guess I have a twin wandering around somewhere! 😉 Thanks for stopping by! Happy Friday!

  3. You nailed my style! I wear this to to work in the boutique a lot, my jeans are a bit more polished, sometimes I change it out for a blazer, definitely a moto style and ripped jeans for going out though! Love your blog and your style!
