I’m back in sunny California now after spending a week in Colorado for the holidays. I’m happy to be back home so I can start decorating for Christmas but I will miss the cooler Colorado temps. I’ve said it before but it was so nice to wear layers and sweaters while I was in Colorado! I did a little shopping in Fort Collins while I was there and managed to squeeze in a few outfit photos on the streets!

Here’s one of my favorite looks at the moment – a pair of vintage style jeans with an oversized plaid blazer and baker boy hat. It’s just effortlessly chic! And in case you haven’t noticed, baker boy hats are trending right now. It’s actually a great style to wear if you aren’t a hat person. One of the reasons I tend not to wear hats is because they seem to take up a lot of room. But this style doesn’t have a big rim so it’s less noticeable in my opinion. Brixton has a ton of cute styles that are under $50!

And as always, accessories are a great way to add a little interest to an outfit. To make this black/grey outfit stand out a little I added these fun statement earrings, shiny black booties, and a red bag.
