A Sustainable Fall Outfit + Giveaway + Linkup
If you remember, this top was one of my Black Friday Finds! (You’ll slowly be seeing all the pieces I got over the holiday on the blog). Reformation doesn’t have that many sales but they usually have 30% off site wide over the Black Friday weekend. It was soooo hard to not buy EVERYTHING. I had my eye on this dress and this dress because I LOVE that green print. But I ended up going a different direction with this top. I have a similar style top from Reformation so I knew the style would fit me. I also decided that this dark floral was a little more suited for fall fashion.
Since California doesn’t really get cold during the fall/winter months I look for fall prints in warmer weather appropriate styles. That way I can give off fall vibes but won’t overheat! That’s why I love this top! It checks all those boxes. I decided to pair it with a pair of grey button front jeans and comfortable leather booties, both from Everlane!
In fact, my whole outfit (sans bag) is from sustainable fashion brands. Reformation and Everlane are two of my favorite brands to shop from. From Everlane I get my basics and minimalist pieces and from Reformation I get flirty, feminine pieces.

I do love reformation’s pieces, even though they tend to be out of my price range. In my perfect world I’d love it if I could find vintage/thrifted items and remake them into something new. However at the moment I have a silk button down shirt I thrifted for $6 and have been trying to transform into a cami. Been at a dead stop for weeks now….
Perfect fall top and it’s very eye catching! I love the square neckline and longer sleeves. We finally made it to Friday, woo-hoo! I kept thinking on Tuesday it was Thursday and somehow by yesterday I could have sworn it was already Saturday! I hope your week has been great so far and wishing you a fabulous weekend ahead!
