A Haircut!

A Haircut!5
A new haircut! It only took me 10 years to get enough courage to try out bangs! I’ve always felt like bangs would best fit my personality. I don’t even know if that makes sense.  But I’ve always been too scared to try out this style.  I have a small forehead and weird cowlicks on my hairline so I didn’t think that it would even work! Now let’s just see if I’ll be able to keep up with trims!
Are there any hairstyles that you’ve been wanting to try out but are too scared to?

Shirt: Joe Fresh (on sale!), Pants: American Eagle, Booties: Target (similar), Scarf: Madewell, Bracelet: Stella and Dot, Belt: H&M
I got the inspiration for this outfit after seeing this pin.  When you don’t know what else to wear a silk blouse and scarf are never a bad idea! (This blouse is actually more of a kelley green than lime color – and it’s only $25!).
I’m also back in Pennsylvania for the holidays.  It was actually really warm today! I must have brought the California weather with me! Thank goodness because I’m such a wimp with the cold!
I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays! I might not be posting until Friday so I can enjoy some family time.  You can follow me on instagram to keep up with some of my Christmas activities! Merry Christmas everyone!

  1. loving the new hair!!! you look so chic!!! =)
I've always been jealous of girls who can pull of bangs! i've tried this look many times and all the time i end up having to pin my bangs back until they grow out! Just doesn't suit me but i SOOOO wish it would!!!
Hope you have an amazing holiday! hopefully it'll get colder here in ca! I had to turn on the ac the other day b/c i was sweating!

  2. Yay for the new haircut! For years, I was a little scared to try a pixie, but when I did, I loved it! I now have grown out my hair but it's nice to know I have options. 😉

And for the bracelet — gorgeous! — I would keep things simple with a black foundation to let the silver bracelet shine.
