I first heard about the Vetta Capsule Kickstarter on Instagram a couple months ago and knew I wanted to be a part of it. I love the idea of capsule collections and also supporting small up and coming brands. The Vetta Capsule is a 5 piece collection made in the USA with eco-friendly materials – See the whole collection HERE. These 5 pieces can turn into at least 30 outfits and the whole thing cost around $500. That’s a pretty amazing deal considering all of the pieces are basic enough to mix with other items in your closet. That’s tons of outfit possibilities!
I decided to go with just the cropped blouse and the black culottes (although now I’m wishing I had bought everything!). I loved the shape that the top + culottes created – plus I’m a big fan of black and white. The sad news is this collection is sold out (**NOW BACK IN STOCK!). But get on the Vetta mailing list for updates about this collection and the next one! That’s right – there’s a fall collection coming!
This whole outfit is also super comfortable. I actually wore this exact outfit sightseeing around New York City ALL DAY. The flowy material and cropped lengths kept me cool and comfortable. Plus these Everlane sandals were a life saver. You need to order these babies ASAP because they will probably sell out again. They also come in tan!
Now onto Flashback Fashion Fridays Link Up! Here’s a look from last July. This is a dress I picked up from Loft last year. I love the high slits on the sides and the leafy print. I’ll have to get this dress out of my closet when I get home!
Adri and I would love for you to link up your fashion posts for a chance to be featured next week!
